Bag filter explosion !! state possible reasons ?
Pressure may be increased
ID Fan trip or outlet path closed
May be low temperature, electricity problem, fire
Possible Reasons.
1.Due to mill outlet high temperature or interlocks bypassed.
2.fine coal accumulated in bag filter hoppers.
3.Inertgas system pipe line choked or auto purging of inertia gas system failure
4.Hoppers vibrator may not work .
5.lack of knowledge by opening the bag filter door without checking Co(Ppm) as soon as mill stopped.
6.Malfunctioning of RAL Feeders.
7.Due to Fine Coal fine and VM.

Also maybe due to use wrong type of bags , bags for coal area have special characteristics to prevent explosions from static electricity.
1.CO. Measurements not reading correctly, increase in CO & potential for explosion or fire with correct mix
2. False air intake > 12% volume
3. Too high inlet temperatures
4. Smouldering coal , mill switched off & doors opened to atmosphere
5. CO2 dosing not operating correctly
6. Important to monitor filters when not operating i.e. O2 levels /CO levels , temperatures

I am using good quality of bags with enough heat resistant.. which size is exactly as per the cage size …but still I have emission from my chimney?? What can be the reason for this?
What is design emission value(mg/m3) for bags?
1.mg/m3 It will deside the emission
2.may be tube got damaged
3.may be bag colour not sitted properly
4.may be any bag got damaged
-Air to dust ratio increased due to ID fan Over speed ( VVVF drive not functioning )
-due to excessive dust Filter Bags are blocked and excessive pressure build up inside dust air chamber.
-RAL or Screw Conveyor area lumps formation and RAL & Screw conveyor –Running Idle or Out of operation.
-RAL or Screw conveyor Discharge area jamming.
Not purging solenoid valves for bag filter,
Timer card problem
Not mentioning tripping time in CA fan
Temperature is high in both sides
